We are devoted to grounding them in God’s Word, so they grow in a deep, personal relationship with Jesus. We inspire and empower them to boldly serve His Church and share the hope of the gospel with the world.

Dylan Banker
Hi! My name is Dylan Banker, and I serve as the Youth Director at the Orchard Church. I have been part of the Orchard family since I was five years old, and it is a blessing to now serve the church that helped shape my faith.
As Youth Director, I plan and lead Wednesday night gatherings and events for students in 6th–12th grade. I have a deep passion for sharing the gospel and helping students
grow in their relationship with Jesus. My heart is that every student would experience the love of Christ each time they walk through the doors for a youth event.
I graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, where I also played soccer and was involved in Athletes in Action. During that time, I led my team’s Bible study and served on the leadership team. I am currently studying at Moody Theological Seminary and am scheduled to graduate in the spring of 2027.
When I’m not at church, you’ll probably find me playing or watching sports, working out, spending time outdoors (fishing, biking, hiking), or doing pyrography (wood burning). I
love building relationships with students and walking alongside them as they grow in their faith and discover who God has created them to be.
Jeff Knoll
I came to know the Lord through a diligent group of youth leaders who faithfully presented the gospel. I have been involved in youth ministry for quite a few years. I really love to see young people develop a connection to and a hunger for God's word. I married my best friend in 1989. We have five amazing grown up boys and eight wonderful grandchildren. I love to spend time with my family. I also enjoy camping, cooking, and woodworking in my spare time.

I've been married to my high school sweetheart for 31 years and family has always been one of my greatest blessings. I began working with youth as a couch in football, baseball, and wrestling. I developed a passion for encouraging young people both on and off the field. I feel blessed to be serving in youth ministry. It's been awesome watching the youth grow in their love for Jesus and helping them build a strong foundation in their faith. I've been a part of the Orchard Church for 5 years and it's been a blessing to serve and call this church home.

I've been blessed to be married to my amazing husband for 31 years, and together we have built a life centered on faith, love, and community. For the past 5 years, we've been part of the Orchard Church, a place that has truly felt like home. I was so excited when I was approached about working with the youth ministry. Walking alongside young people as they grow deeper in their faith is incredibly meaningful to me.
Brigitta Devries
Christ has always been a big part of my life. I was raised to know Him as my savior. That lead to a path of working with kids babysitting and helping in the kids Sunday school. I attended youth groups an missions trips during my upbringing. IN my young adult years, I worked at Camp Victory in MN for three summers and was an intern for a year. Working at this camp changed my life setting my relationship with Christ forward. Since getting married in 2024, God has made His plans visible and I am thrilled to continue to work with youth of all ages.
